Using intentional touch, nervous system activation, breathwork, and targeted internal and external release, Mechelle works with the whole system simultaneously — not just the surface of the face. Particularly effective for clients experiencing TMJ tension, jaw clenching, or chronic cervical compression, each session in the Foundation Series builds on the last, working at progressively deeper structural layers as the body learns to trust the work and release more fully.
Between sessions, personalized homework — breathwork, body awareness, and proprioceptive practices — helps you stay connected to the work and deepen the integration between appointments.
