Your fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue running beneath every surface of your face and body. It holds your facial architecture — but it also holds your history. The habitual patterns of tension we carry, and the tension of daily life, settle into the fascial network over time.
As that web tightens and holds, the face can lose some of its natural lift and symmetry. Movement feels less easy, fluid lingers, and the whole system settles into a more guarded, held state — and it shows.
The skin is dense with receptors, and my work speaks to them directly. Through skilled touch, intentional contact, and intentional internal and external hands-on work, the fascia begins to soften, rehydrate, and settle into its own natural shape. The visible change follows.

The Session Experience
Every session begins with tissue listening — feeling how the fascial layers move, interact, and communicate with one another. It is through that listening that the work reveals itself.
Using intentional touch, breathwork, and targeted internal and external release, Mechelle works with the whole system simultaneously — not just the surface of the face. Particularly effective for clients carrying held jaw tension or facial heaviness, each session in the Foundation Series builds on the last, progressively working to connect the systems that have dehydrated and lost communication as the face returns more open.
Between sessions, personalized homework — breathwork and simple daily self-care — helps you stay connected to the work and deepen the integration between appointments.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes. No two sessions are identical.
The Integrated Approach
Internal and external hands-on fascia work, across the face, jaw, and neck. Mechelle works through the cheek and along the exterior facial architecture — reading tension patterns, softening holding sites, and supporting the fascial network and the way it carries the face. The face lifts not because something was added, but because something was finally allowed to let go.
The face does not exist in isolation. How you hold your head, neck, and shoulders shows up in the face. The Facial Architecture Ritual works with the whole picture — supporting an overall sense of lift, head to shoulders, so the results at the face are supported by the rest of the body.
