This is precision work. I use rhythmic pressure and targeted hands-on fascia work — and because I am working directly with the superficial fascia, you may notice moments of focused sensation as the tissue responds. This is different from pain. It is the fascial network softening and rehydrating. I work with your body's feedback throughout. Any intensity you feel is the tissue responding to focused contact — not something to push through, but something to breathe into.   • Skin Condition: Ensure the skin is free of active sunburns or inflammatory skin infections.
  • Skin Sensitivity: Avoid strong retinols and chemical exfoliants (AHAs) for 3 days prior — intentional manual work can be irritating on sensitized skin.

Post-Treatment Care
