What to Expect

Altru Radiance is a private studio. There's no waiting room energy, no product-pushing, no pressure. Just focused, intentional work and a space where your nervous system can genuinely settle.

Every session begins with a detailed intake — your history, your goals, and what your skin needs that day — so the work is built around you, not a fixed protocol.

Comfortable, relaxed clothing is ideal. For facial treatments, you'll be lying down with your head and neck accessible. A loose collar or button-down makes transitions easy. Avoid wearing heavy makeup if possible; makeup remover is available before I start your session.

Buccal work is deeply intentional but not painful. Many clients describe a pressure-and-release sensation, particularly in areas that hold tension (jaw, cheeks, temples). Most clients find it profoundly relaxing once they settle in. Nitrile gloves are used throughout and fit, pressure, and pacing are always adjusted to your comfort.

Many clients see visible changes after a single session, particularly with the Restorative Buccal Facial, Soothe Lymphatic Drainage, and the Facial Architecture Ritual. For lasting change, a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. Results compound over time as held tension softens and your face settles into a more lifted look.

Please let me know before booking if you have: active skin infections, open wounds, recent facial surgery (within 6 months), injectables or fillers in the last 2 weeks, a history of jaw surgery, active dental work, or any autoimmune conditions affecting connective tissue. Microneedling has additional contraindications. A full intake form is completed at your first visit to ensure every treatment is appropriate for you.

Yes. You can book multiple services in one visit, and add-ons like Red Light Therapy layer onto any facial. A favorite pairing is the Restorative Buccal Facial with an Aqua Peel, finished with a Red Light Therapy add-on — sculpting work, fresh clarity, and a calm recovery in one sitting.
