Overview

I strive to provide a personalized, intentional experience for every client at Altru Radiance. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies exist to protect both of us — to ensure I can continue delivering focused, high-quality care and that every client receives the attention they deserve.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies outlined below. A valid credit or debit card is required on file to hold all reservations.

Intake Requirement

Clinical appointments cannot begin until a completed Aesthetic Evaluation has been received. This form will be sent with your confirmation email and must be completed prior to arrival. If you have questions before booking, contact me here.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • By Appointment Only: Altru Radiance does not accept walk-ins. All services must be booked in advance.
  • Card on file: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking — it serves as a guarantee.
  • Arrival: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment — there is no public waiting area.
  • Pre/Post Care: The client is responsible for adhering to all pre-treatment requirements. Failure to do so may result in a modified or denied service.

2. Cancellations & Reschedules

When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. I request 48 hours notice for any scheduling changes.

Suspension of Privileges: All outstanding fees must be resolved before a new appointment can be scheduled. If a card on file is declined, scheduling privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Grace period: I offer a 5-minute grace period.
  • Modified treatment: Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened treatment. You remain responsible for 100% of the original cost.
  • Automatic cancellation: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation if time is insufficient for a safe treatment.

4. Returns & Refunds

Services

There are no refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 24 hours.

Product Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened or accompanied by documentation of an adverse reaction. All refunds are issued as Studio Credit only.

5. Minor Clients

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.
  • A signed Parental Consent Form is required before any service may begin.
  • Altru Radiance reserves the right to decline service to a minor if consent requirements are not met.

6. Photography & Consent

Before/after photography may be taken for tracking results and, with your consent, used in marketing materials. You may opt out or withdraw consent at any time.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase in-studio.
  • Non-refundable, non-transferable, and carry no cash value.
  • Gift cards do not expire.

8. Studio Protocols

  • Private environment: Additional guests or children cannot be accommodated during your service.
  • Respectful conduct: I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who engages in disrespectful or unsafe behavior.
  • Health & safety: Please reschedule if you are experiencing illness, fever, or contagious skin conditions.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Services are aesthetic and wellness services performed by a licensed esthetician. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

10. Liability

Altru Radiance LLC is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow pre/post treatment instructions.

11. Maintenance Membership

The Altru Radiance Maintenance Membership is governed by a separate signed Membership Agreement. All studio policies apply equally to membership sessions.
