I strive to provide a personalized, intentional experience for every client at Altru Radiance. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies exist to protect both of us — to ensure I can continue delivering focused, high-quality care and that every client receives the attention they deserve.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies outlined below. A valid credit or debit card is required on file to hold all reservations.
Clinical appointments cannot begin until a completed Aesthetic Evaluation has been received. This form will be sent with your confirmation email and must be completed prior to arrival. If you have questions before booking, contact me here.
When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. I request 48 hours notice for any scheduling changes.

Suspension of Privileges: All outstanding fees must be resolved before a new appointment can be scheduled. If a card on file is declined, scheduling privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid.
There are no refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 24 hours.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened or accompanied by documentation of an adverse reaction. All refunds are issued as Studio Credit only.
Before/after photography may be taken for tracking results and, with your consent, used in marketing materials. You may opt out or withdraw consent at any time.
Services are aesthetic and wellness services performed by a licensed esthetician. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Altru Radiance LLC is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow pre/post treatment instructions.

The Altru Radiance Maintenance Membership is governed by a separate signed Membership Agreement. All studio policies apply equally to membership sessions.
