• Single Sessions
• I. Restorative Buccal Facial Signature · buccal fascia work 90 min $250 +
  Preparation

  • Avoid a large meal 1 to 2 hours before your session. Buccal work is more comfortable on a lighter stomach.
  • If you carry jaw tension, clenching habits, or facial holding patterns, let me know. It helps me tailor the session.
  • Injectables: wait at least 2 weeks after any cosmetic injection treatment before booking.
  • Oral health: be free of active infections, cold sores, canker sores, or open wounds inside or around the mouth. Recent dental work must be fully healed first.
  • Arrive with a clean face. Work extends to the scalp and neck. Drink plenty of water before and after to support tissue recovery.

• II. Soothe Lymphatic Drainage Full-body · manual technique 90 min $250 +
  Preparation

  • Arrive well hydrated. Electrolytes, spring water, or fruit in the 24 hours before your session.
  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your appointment.
  • Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Avoid a heavy meal 1 to 2 hours before your session. Abdominal work will be uncomfortable.
  • Contraindications: active infections (including fever), blood clots (DVT), congestive heart failure, acute kidney failure, untreated cancer, post-surgical swelling, or lymphedema. Please disclose any of these at booking so we can confirm this is appropriate for you.

• III. Procell Microchanneling Microneedling with skin boosters 100 min $300 +
  Preparation

  • Injectables, waxing, electrolysis, and laser treatments must be avoided for at least 2 weeks prior.
  • Discontinue all retinols, vitamin A derivatives, AHAs, and BHAs 1 week before your session.
  • Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Motrin) and blood thinners 48 to 72 hours prior. These increase bruising and reduce the skin's natural response.
  • Avoid alcohol the day before and limit caffeine the day of your appointment.
  • Arrive with a completely clean face. No makeup, including mascara. Notify me immediately if you have active breakouts, cold sores, or open skin.
  • Do not come with an active sunburn. Sun-damaged treatment areas will result in a forfeited appointment.
  • Hydrate well in the days leading up to and following your appointment.

  Preparation

  • This session involves hands-on sculpting with the surface facial fascia. Moments of focused pressure or brief discomfort are part of the skilled, attentive technique.
  • Please communicate any areas of habitual tension, recent injury, prior surgery, or heightened sensitivity before we begin.
  • Avoid booking within two weeks of facial surgery, injectables, or acute facial inflammation.
  • Avoid retinols and chemical exfoliants (AHAs) for 3 days prior. Intentional manual work can be irritating on sensitized skin.
  • Skin must be free of active sunburn or inflammatory skin conditions on the day of your appointment.

  Preparation

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Makeup remover is available in the studio.
  • Discontinue AHAs, BHAs, and retinol for 72 hours before your session.
  • Contraindications: active sunburn, broken skin, severe rosacea, or cystic acne on the day of your appointment.
