• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Makeup remover available.
• Discontinue AHAs, BHAs, and retinol for 72 hours before your session.
• Contraindications: active sunburn, broken skin, severe rosacea, or cystic acne on the day of your appointment.

No specific preparation is required for this service. Simply arrive comfortable and ready to relax.

• Injectables, waxing, electrolysis, and laser treatments must be avoided for at least 2 weeks prior.
• Discontinue all retinols, vitamin A derivatives, AHAs, and BHAs 1 week before your session.
• Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Motrin) and blood thinners 48–72 hours prior — these increase bruising and suppress the inflammatory response needed for results.
• Avoid alcohol the day before and limit caffeine the day of your appointment.
• Arrive with a completely clean face — no makeup, including mascara. Notify me immediately if you have active breakouts, cold sores, or open skin.
• Do not come with an active sunburn. Sun-damaged treatment areas will result in a forfeited appointment.
• Hydrate well in the days leading up to and following your treatment.

• Avoid a large meal 1–2 hours before your session — intraoral work is more comfortable on a lighter stomach.
• If you carry TMJ tension, jaw-clenching habits, or chronic facial holding patterns, let me know — this helps me tailor your session.
• Injectables: wait at least 2 weeks after Botox, Dysport, or dermal fillers before booking.
• Oral health: ensure you are free of active infections, cold sores, canker sores, or open wounds inside or around the mouth. Recent dental work or oral surgery must be fully healed prior to your appointment.
• Arrive with a clean face — work extends to the scalp and neck. Drink plenty of water before and after to support tissue recovery.

• Arrive well hydrated — electrolytes, spring water, or fruit in the 24 hours before your session.
• Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your appointment.
• Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
• Avoid a heavy meal 1–2 hours before your session — abdominal work will be uncomfortable.
• Contraindications: active infections (including fever), blood clots (DVT), congestive heart failure, acute kidney failure, untreated cancer, post-surgical swelling, or lymphedema. Please disclose any of these at booking so we can confirm this treatment is appropriate for you.

• This treatment involves myofascial release and pressure point therapy. Moments of focused pressure or brief discomfort are part of rehydrating the fascial network.
• Please communicate any areas of chronic pain, recent injury, prior surgery, or heightened sensitivity before we begin.
• Avoid booking within two weeks of facial surgery, injectables, or acute facial inflammation.
• Avoid retinols and chemical exfoliants (AHAs) for 3 days prior — deep massage work can be irritating on sensitized skin.
• Skin must be free of active sunburns or inflammatory skin infections on the day of your appointment.
