This is a 110-minute immersive treatment designed as a non-invasive, non-injectable alternative to structural anti-aging. By working directly with the soft tissues of the face, neck, and scalp, I elicit your body's own regenerative resources — improving skin quality, restoring facial symmetry, and returning your face to a more relaxed, naturally lifted state.

This is not a spa facial. This is structural work.

The Four Pillars

1
Jaw and Cervical Release

Releasing the structural anchors of facial tension held in the jaw, neck, and cervical spine — including the myofascial patterns that affect airway position, tongue posture, and nighttime clenching.

2
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Purifying the skin from within, reducing fluid retention and restoring clarity through targeted cervical and facial lymphatic technique.

3
Face Sculpting & Myofascial Modeling

Lifting and contouring the facial architecture through targeted manual technique — working with the connective tissue to restore definition and structural lift.

4
Intraoral Buccal Massage

Deep tissue work performed inside the mouth to release the muscles of mastication — the pterygoids, masseter, and soft palate attachments — which directly surround the airway. This work can improve jaw position, reduce nighttime grinding, and support healthier breathing patterns, while restoring the natural lift that filler attempts to mimic — without the needle.

Who This Is For

  • Loss of facial definition or a sense of sagging
  • Chronic facial tension, jaw clenching, or a heavy expression
  • TMJ disorders and persistent jaw tightness
  • Mouth breathing, disrupted sleep, or airway tension
  • Persistent puffiness or fluid congestion
  • Those seeking a structural, holistic alternative to Botox and fillers

What to Expect

Unlike a standard spa facial, this is deep, intentional tissue work. I follow your body's lead throughout — listening for where tension lives and responding to what the tissue communicates. The experience is one of release rather than discomfort. Most clients find it profoundly relaxing, even meditative, as the jaw and facial muscles begin to let go of patterns they've been holding for years.

The intraoral portion involves gloved hands working inside the mouth to access deep facial muscle attachments that are impossible to reach externally. Clients consistently describe the result as an immediate lift — a lighter, more open feeling in the face they can see and feel the same day.

You may leave feeling a surge of energy, or you may feel the need to rest as your body integrates the structural and energetic shifts. Both are normal. Honor whichever state you find yourself in.

For Lasting Results

A single session produces visible, same-day results. For long-term facial retraining and lasting structural change, a series of 6 weekly sessions is recommended — this is how we build real muscle memory and ensure the results hold.

Pre-Treatment Care

Before Your Session
  • Injectables: Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox, Dysport, or dermal fillers before booking.
  • Oral Health: Ensure you are free of active infections, cold sores, canker sores, or open wounds inside or around the mouth.
  • Dental Work: Recent dental work, extractions, or oral surgery must be fully healed prior to your appointment.
  • Face Prep: Arrive with a clean face — work extends to the scalp and neck.
  • Food: Avoid a large meal 1–2 hours before your session — intraoral work is more comfortable on a lighter stomach.
  • TMJ & Jaw Patterns: If you carry TMJ tension, jaw-clenching habits, or chronic facial holding patterns, let me know — this helps me tailor your session.

Post-Treatment Care

After Your Session
  • Hydration: Stay extra hydrated following your session to support the lymphatic drainage and bodily functions triggered by the massage.
  • Physical Activity: Avoid heavy exercise for the remainder of the day. Light activity is fine based on your energy levels.
  • Listen to Your Body: Some clients feel energized, while others need to rest to allow the body to process the deep work. Honor whichever state you find yourself in.
  • Maintenance: To maintain the lift and muscle memory, follow your recommended treatment plan and home-care facial stretches if provided.
Questions

Common Questions

How is this different from Botox or fillers?

Botox paralyzes the muscle. Fillers add volume that wasn't there before. Buccal and fascia work release the connective tissue that's pulling the face down in the first place — it works with your facial architecture, not against it.

The result is a face that looks more like itself, not stretched or frozen. No injections, no asymmetry risk, no recovery window.

Does intraoral work hurt?

Most clients describe it as deep but not painful — closer to firm bodywork than a dental procedure. I work at the pressure your tissue invites, not against it.

The muscles of mastication (masseter, pterygoids) often hold years of held tension. Releasing them feels intense on the first session and progressively softer with each one as the tissue lets go.

When will I see results?

A single session produces visible same-day change — most clients see a more open jawline, lifted cheek hollows, and reduced under-eye puffiness within minutes of finishing.

To build structural memory and lasting change, a series of 6 weekly sessions is recommended. After that, monthly maintenance holds the work.

I have TMJ — is this appropriate for me?

Yes, and it often helps significantly. The pterygoid muscles that drive most TMJ tension can only be reached intraorally — that's the whole reason buccal work exists.

Please note your TMJ patterns at booking so I can tailor the session. If you have acute pain, an active flare-up, or recent dental surgery, we'll wait until you've healed before booking.

How long do results last?

One session lasts roughly 2–4 weeks depending on how much tension you carry day-to-day. A 6-session series builds lasting structural change that monthly maintenance keeps in place.

This is cumulative work — like training muscle memory. Each session goes deeper than the last because the body has already let go of the surface layer.
