The Structural Integration Facial uses myofascial release and targeted pressure point therapy to address the structural stored stress that makes a face look heavy, asymmetrical, or tired — working exclusively through external anatomy.
This is the natural starting point for anyone curious about fascial work but not yet ready for the intraoral component of the Restorative Facial. The results are immediate and the experience is something most clients have never felt before — not a relaxation facial, but a genuine structural release that addresses the myofunctional patterns and cervical alignment that affect how your face holds itself every day.
Key Benefits
- Visibly aligns facial features, correcting imbalances in the jaw, eyes, and brow
- Breaks up fascial adhesions to restore fluid, youthful elasticity to the skin
- Lifts and defines the cheekbones and jawline through fascial contouring
- Provides therapeutic relief for chronic jaw tension, TMJ, and sinus pressure
- Addresses cervical alignment and the myofascial patterns that influence airway position and tongue posture
- Revitalizes circulation for a radiant, healthy glow
- Quiets the nervous system — rhythmic technique acts as a structural reset

- Sinus congestion and pressure
- Mouth breathing or airway tension patterns
- General facial heaviness or fatigue
- Anyone wanting a holistic anti-aging approach without injectables

What to Expect
This is precision work. I use rhythmic pressure and targeted myofascial release — and because I am working directly with the myofascial system, including targeted pressure points, you may notice moments of focused sensation as the tissue responds. This is different from pain. It is the fascial network releasing, rehydrating, and reorganizing itself. I work with your body's feedback throughout. Any intensity you feel is the tissue responding to depth of contact — not something to push through, but something to breathe into. Your body knows how to release. I'm simply creating the conditions for it to do so.
Most clients notice a visible increase in symmetry and a subtle lifting immediately following their first session. You will likely leave feeling physically lighter and mentally grounded.
Pairs well with: Hydrodermabrasion add-on for those wanting to combine structural lifting with skin-brightening resurfacing in a single visit.
Pre-Treatment Care
Before Your Session
- Injectables: Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox or dermal fillers before booking.
- Skin Condition: Ensure the skin is free of active sunburns or inflammatory skin infections.
- Skin Sensitivity: Avoid strong retinols and chemical exfoliants (AHAs) for 3 days prior — deep massage work can be irritating on sensitized skin.
- Chronic Pain & Injuries: Please communicate any areas of chronic pain, recent injury, prior surgery, or heightened sensitivity before we begin.
Post-Treatment Care
After Your Session
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help your body process the toxins released during the myofascial work.
- Activity: You may feel post-massage soreness in the jaw or neck. Listen to your body and rest if needed. Avoid high-intensity workouts for the first 12 hours.
- Skincare: Resume your normal routine immediately — this is a perfect time to use high-quality serums as your circulation will be at its peak.
- Maintenance: One session provides an immediate release. A series of treatments is recommended for long-term postural retraining of the facial muscles.
