This is a 90-minute immersive facial — a non-invasive, no-needle alternative for anti-aging. Working hands-on with the soft tissue of the face, neck, and scalp, I support your skin's own renewal — improving skin quality, supporting facial symmetry, and bringing the face to a more relaxed, naturally lifted look.

This is not a spa facial. This is deliberate, hands-on work.

The Four Pillars

1
Jaw & Neck

Softening the held tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders that pulls on the lower face — so the jawline looks more open and at ease.

2
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Purifying the skin from within, reducing fluid retention and restoring clarity through targeted cervical and facial lymphatic technique.

3
Face Sculpting & Myofascial Modeling

Lifting and contouring through targeted hands-on technique — working with the connective tissue to support definition and a visible lift.

4
Buccal Work

Hands-on work performed through the cheek, addressing the muscles of mastication — that hold tension and shape the mid to lower face. This work supports a softer, more open jaw line and a natural lift that comes from the tissue itself.

Who This Is For

  • Loss of facial definition or a sense of sagging
  • Held facial tension, jaw clenching, or a heavy expression
  • Persistent jaw tightness or facial holding patterns
  • A heavy or compressed feeling in the lower face
  • Persistent puffiness or a heavy, full look
  • Those seeking a hands-first, no-needle approach to facial work

What to Expect

Unlike a standard spa facial, this is intentional tissue work. I follow your body's lead throughout — listening for where tension lives and responding to what the tissue communicates. The experience is one of release rather than discomfort. Most clients find it profoundly relaxing, even meditative, as the jaw and facial muscles begin to let go of patterns they've been holding for years.

The buccal portion involves gloved hands working through the cheek to access the facial muscle attachments that are impossible to reach externally. Clients consistently describe the result as an immediate lift — a lighter, more open feeling in the face they can see and feel the same day.

You may leave feeling a surge of energy, or you may feel the need to rest as your body integrates the shifts. Both are normal. Honor whichever state you find yourself in.

For Lasting Results

A single session produces visible, same-day results. For lasting visible change, a series of 6 weekly sessions is recommended — this is how we build real muscle memory and ensure the results hold.

Pre-Treatment Care

Before Your Session
  • Recent Injections: If you have had any cosmetic injection treatments, wait at least 2 weeks after your appointment before booking.
  • Oral Health: Ensure you are free of active infections, cold sores, canker sores, or open wounds inside or around the mouth.
  • Dental Work: Recent dental work, extractions, or oral surgery must be fully healed prior to your appointment.
  • Face Prep: Arrive with a clean face — work extends to the scalp and neck.
  • Food: Avoid a large meal 1–2 hours before your session — buccal work is more comfortable on a lighter stomach.
  • Jaw Patterns: If you carry jaw tension, clenching habits, or chronic facial holding patterns, let me know — this helps me tailor your session.

Post-Treatment Care

After Your Session
  • Hydration: Stay extra hydrated following your session to support the lymphatic work and help your body settle afterward.
  • Physical Activity: Avoid heavy exercise for the remainder of the day. Light activity is fine based on your energy levels.
  • Listen to Your Body: Some clients feel energized, while others need to rest to allow the body to process the work. Honor whichever state you find yourself in.
  • Maintenance: To maintain the lift, follow your recommended plan and home-care facial stretches if provided.
Questions

Common Questions

How is this different from injectable treatments?

Injection-based aesthetics work by paralyzing muscle or adding volume that wasn't there before. Buccal and fascia work soften the connective tissue that pulls the face down in the first place — it works with your facial architecture, not against it.

The result is a face that looks more like itself, not stretched or frozen. No asymmetry risk, no recovery window.

Does buccal work hurt?

Most clients describe it as invigorating not painful — a unique sensation that they have never experienced. I work at the pressure your tissue invites, not against it.

The muscles of mastication (masseter, pterygoids) often hold years of held tension. Softening them feels interesting on the first session and progressively more relaxing with each one as the tissue eases.

When will I see results?

A single session produces visible same-day change — most clients see a more open jawline, lifted cheek hollows, and reduced under-eye puffiness within minutes of finishing.

To build lasting change, a series of 6 weekly sessions is recommended. After that, monthly maintenance holds the work.

My jaw feels tight — is this a fit?

Often, yes — for the look and feel of a tight, heavy jaw. For a diagnosed jaw condition like TMJ or TMD, please check with your dentist or physician first. The cheek muscles that hold a lot of jaw tension are reached through the cheek — that's the whole reason buccal work exists.

Note any jaw concerns at booking so I can tailor the session. If you have acute pain, an active flare-up, or recent dental surgery, we'll wait until you've healed before booking.

How long do results last?

One session lasts roughly 2–4 weeks depending on how much tension you carry day-to-day. A 6-session series builds lasting visible change that monthly maintenance keeps in place.

This is cumulative work — like training muscle memory. Each session builds on the last, as the surface tension has already softened.
